The 14-time convicted felon from Spokane who pleaded guilty to stealing a trailer loaded with wood from Colfax is going to prison.
52 year old Brian Funk was sentenced to three and a half years in prison on Friday in Whitman County Superior Court by Judge Gary Libey. Funk had previously pleaded guilty to felony theft for stealing the trailer in the summer of last year. Whitman County Sheriff’s Deputies caught Funk with the stolen trailer. Deputies say the wood was valued at over 10,000 dollars.
