Moscow Lawn Watering Can Begin Again Starting Monday

Moscow residents will be able to water their lawns again starting on Monday.  Moscow’s deputy city supervisor has announced that Monday is the start of the season.  Lawns in the City of Moscow are only allowed to be watered during the season between 6:00 pm and 10:00 am.
