28 Year Old WSU Student Arrested On Several Charges After Allegedly Punching A Driver In Downtown Pullman During Road Rage Incident

A 28 year old Washington State University student has been arrested on a variety of charges after he allegedly assaulted a driver during a road rage incident in downtown Pullman.

Pullman Police responded to the WSU Brelsford Visitor Center for an assault report around 4:30 Friday afternoon.  The alleged victim told police that a man was tailgating him and he delivered a hand gesture out his window.  The suspect reportedly ran his vehicle into the victim’s car blocking him on Main Street.  The man then got out of his vehicle and allegedly punched the victim in the face about 20 times before driving away.

Pullman Police say the assault and collision were captured on the victim’s dash cam.  Officers quickly located the suspect vehicle and arrested 28 year old Daniel Rouhana for misdemeanor assault, hit and run and drunk driving.
