A 37 year old Albion woman has been arrested for allegedly providing marijuana to 13 year old girls.
Catherynne Starks was arrested on the felony by the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office early Friday morning. Starks made her initial appearance in Whitman County Superior Court later Friday morning in Colfax. Prosecutor Denis Tracy told Judge Gary Libey that Starks is accused of providing “highly potent” marijuana to multiple 13 year old girls.
Judge Libey placed starks on 10,000 dollars bond. If she posts bond Starks has been ordered to stay away from anyone under the age of 18. She is scheduled to be back in court next month.
