A 38 year old Potlatch man has pleaded guilty to felony lewd conduct with a child and a charge related to child pornography.
Jesse Burnett pleaded guilty to the counts on Monday in Latah County Second District Court. Burnett was arrested in March by the Latah County Sheriff’s Office for molesting a child. He told deputies that when he was 13 he spent two years in a children’s home for similar abuse.
Burnett is scheduled to be sentenced in January.
