A 42 year old Uniontown man was arrested for allegedly driving drunk, crashing into a tree and a power pole and fleeing the scene on Pullman’s Military Hill Friday night.
Pullman Police responded to the crash on State Street around 7:30. The driver fled the scene in his vehicle before officers arrived. The suspect, Timothy Cordodor, was quickly located by officers at the Mobil gas station on North Grand Avenue trying to fill up a tire on his damaged vehicle. Cordodor was arrested and released for misdemeanor drunk driving and hit and run.
Officers say he struck a tree and a power pole which brought down a powerline. Cordodor was not injured in the crash.
