A Washington State University student and a Pullman man were arrested early Friday morning for allegedly starting a large fight and pointing a rifle at people on Greek Row. A Pullman Police Officer saw a large fight on Colorado Street on College Hill around 2:00. Witnesses say 3 men got out of a car and starting fighting with 4 pedestrians. The victims all suffered minor injuries and went to Pullman Regional Hospital for treatment.
While investigating the fight Pullman officers started getting reports that the suspects had been driving around Greek Row pointing a rifle at pedestrians. Officer say they observed what appeared to be a semi-automatic rifle in the vehicle. 20 year old WSU student Bryan Williams and 21 year old Marquise Leonard were arrested for 2nd degree felony assault and felony harassment threat to kill. Leonard was also taken into custody for unlawful possession of a firearm stemming from a previous felony conviction. A 3rd suspect was arrested for misdemeanor assault for the fight. Leonard is not listed as a WSU student.
