The Albion woman arrested during a drug bust at her home in April has entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors.
46 year old Dana Dahl was arrested during a Whitman County Sheriff’s Office drug investigation. Deputies obtained and executed a search warrant at her home and found methamphetamine, scales, new packaging material and 2,600 dollars in cash.
Dahl was initially arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. She recently pleaded guilty to a lesser misdemeanor drug charge in Whitman County District Court. Judge John Hart sentenced Dahl to 3 days in jail and placed her on probation for 2 years. Dahl was credited for 3 days already served in jail.
