The University of Idaho’s prestigious choral group The Vandaleers will be performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City this weekend. The concert is Sunday night. The Vandaleers performance is part of the Collegiate Choral Showcase. The choir first sang at Carnegie Hall 26 years ago.
The Moscow spring burning season opens Saturday. Residents in the city can burn yard waste only through the 23rd. Burn piles must be at least 25 feet away from any buildings. A water supply must be on hand and burning is not allowed at night.
