Whitman County Humane Society Kitten Shower

The Whitman County Humane Society is hosting a Kitten Shower on Saturday from 1-5pm at the Animal Haven Shelter in Pullman.  There will be kid-friendly bingo, kitten trivia, a kennel card decorating station, and a photo booth.  There is a suggested donation of $5 for enter, or a donation from their wish list – mason jars, kitten milk replacer, kitten bottles, miracle nipples, heating discs/warming pads, cotton balls, play pens, Feliway, Nature’s Miracle stain/odor remover, kitten cleaning wipes, flea treatment for cats of all sizes (no Hartz), Purina Kitten Chow, Friskies Pate, Kitten Nutrical, and Bleach (disinfecting type).

Assemblers Open House at SEL

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories will hold an Assembler Open House on Wednesday from 3-8pm at the SEL Event Center in Pullman.  Discover assembler opportunities in Pullman and Lewiston, and interview for available interviews the same day.

Vikotics Spaghetti Feed

There will be a Spaghetti Feed and silent auction fundraiser for the Vikotics robotics team on Thursday from 5-7pm at the Palouse Community Center in Palouse.  Dinner is by donation and includes spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, punch, water and cake.  To go plates will be offered by order at 509.332.9009 from 3-6pm (call or text).

Colfax Library Open House

Antique Gift Show

There will be a S’Wheat Farm Vintique and Gift Sale on Saturday from 9am-3pm at the Latah County Fairgrounds in Moscow.  There will be over 40 vendors of antiques, collectibles and unique artisans.  Admission is free.

Fun Match in Lewiston

The Lewis-Clark Kennel Club is holding a Fun Match on Saturday at the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds near the horse arena.  Sign in is at 9am, match will be held from 10am-3pm.  It is open to all dog owners in the area.  The all-day fee is $5 for under 18, and $10 for adults.

Creighton Distinguished Lecture
