Palouse Habitat for Humanity applications re-opened

Palouse Habitat for Humanity has re-opened applications for their 2023 home.  Deadline for application is 5:00pm on Tuesday, January 31st.  Program information and application packets are available online at palousehabitat.org/apply, at the Habitat office at 306 N. Registration for the 2023 Idaho Master Gardeners Program is now open

Nordic Ski Club Free Ski Day

The Palouse Divide Nordic Ski Club will hold a free Ski Day on Saturday from 10am-3pm at the Palouse Divide.  There will be free cross country ski and snowshoe rentals, cross country ski lessons, soups, hot drinks, and parking.

Idaho Foodbank Mobile Pantry

The Idaho Foodbank will hold their Moscow distribution on Monday at the Latah County Fairgrounds starting at 10am, and continuing until the last box is handed out.  The distributions provide a variety of fresh produce, frozen meats, dairy and dry goods to help meet a family’s needs.  The food is free – no documentation or eligibility is required.

Birthday Party for A.A. Milne in Moscow

The Moscow Public Library will host a birthday party for Winnie the Pooh creator A.A. Milne’s birthday on Wednesday from 10:30-11:30am.  Families with children are invited to help celebrate with games, crafts, snacks, and birthday party fun.  Supplies, snacks and space are limited.  This program is free and open to the public.
