Garfield Community Senior Lunch
May 18 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

The Garfield Community Senior Meal will be held on Thursday at noon at the American Legion Hall in Garfield.  All seniors are welcome to come and enjoy boneless pork roast and ham, applesauce, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, corn, green salad and dessert.

Community Band of the Palouse Family Concert in Pullman
May 19 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

The Community Band of the Palouse will hold their Family Concert on Friday evening at 6:30 at the Gladish Community and Cultural Center.  They will feature movie music, classics, marches, and more.  Plus, a chance for kids to “meet the instruments”.  Admission is free and it is open to the community.

Elk River Thunder Run ATV/UTV/Motorcycle Fun Run

The Elk River Thunder Run ATV/UTV/Motorcycle fun run will be held on Saturday in Elk River.  Registration is from 9-11am next to Tom’s Tavern in Elk River, or you can pre-register online at elkriverthunderrun.com.  This is a family friendly event to kick off summer events in Elk River.

Tango Del Cielo in Moscow

Festival Dance is collaborating with the Kenworthy Performing Arts Center to bring Tango Del Cielo to Moscow on Sunday at 7:30pm.  Enjoy an evening of Latin music featuring harp, cello, violin, percussion, and tango dance.  Tickets are available by visiting festivaldance.org

Ride the Hiawatha Trail

The Trail is open from May 26 through September 17.  The Trail is a mountain bike or hiking trail with 15 miles along the crest of the Bitterroot Mountains.  It has 10 train tunnels and d7 trestles.  Shuttles are available to take hikers and  bikers from Lookout Pass Ski Area to the trailhead at Taft, MT.
