Whitman County Submits Phase 3 Application

Whitman County Public Health and Board of County Commissioners have submitted a phase 3 application to Washington State Secretary of Health. Whitman County has had a total of 20 COVID-19 cases. 18 of the 20 have recovered and 2 are stable and isolating at home.

Albion 4th Of July Parade Canceled

This Summer’s Annual Albion 4th of July Parade has been canceled due to coronavirus concerns. Town officials say Washington Governor Jay Inslee’s pandemic shutdown doesn’t allow gatherings over 50 people until phase 4 reopenings.  Whitman County which includes Albion is currently in phase 2 reopenings.
