City Of Pullman Fire Department Loses An Officer And A Firefighter Over Washington Governor Jay Inslee’s Vaccine Orders

A City of Pullman Firefighter and an officer have been forced to leave the department for not following Washington Governor Jay Inslee’s coronavirus mandate.

Monday was the deadline to comply with Inslee’s orders mandating vaccines for most state workers.  The Democrat’s vaccine mandate is the strictest in the country as he isn’t allowing for a testing alternative to being vaccinated.

City officials report that a firefighter/paramedic has resigned over the mandate and an officer has indicated that he will not return for his next shift for the same reason.  The City of Pullman Fire Department has 37 career firefighter and 13 officers positions.
