Disability Action Center North West will be hosting a free screening of the film “Ride with Larry” tomorrow night, at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Center, in Moscow. “Ride with Larry” follows Larry Smith, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease over 20 years ago, as he rides his bike 300 miles across South Dakota, to inspire other people living with Parkinson’s.
Doors open at 6:30 pm, with the film starting at 7:00 pm. The film will be followed by a Q & A with a panel of experts on Parkinson’s therapy and treatment from Gritman Medical Center and Pullman Regional Medical Center, as well as a certified medical marijuana representative.
The film and discussion are free to the public, however donations towards the Kenworthy’s planned purchase of a wheelchair accessible stage lift for the theatre are always appreciated.
