Idaho Fish and Game is investigating the killing of a cow and calf moose on the Northside of Moscow Mountain.
Remains from the moose were found near Hatter Creek South of Princeton on Sunday, December 20th. Wildlife agents believe the moose were killed the same day. Evidence suggests that multiple people may have been involved with killing the moose.
There was no moose hunting season open when they were killed and there is no cow moose season in North-Central Idaho.
