Jury Convicts Lewiston Man Of Possession Of Meth With Intent To Deliver In Whitman County Superior Court

A jury has found a Lewiston man guilty of a drug felony in Whitman County Superior Court.

19-year-old Dillon Armstrong was convicted of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver during his trial in Colfax this week.  The jury rendered its verdict after about 2 hours of deliberation on Tuesday.

The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office found Armstrong with over a quarter pound of meth.  Deputies found the drugs in Armstrong’s vehicle during a routine traffic stop in Pullman in September.

Armstrong is set to be sentenced next month.
