Local home prices in Washington increased slightly last month.
The Whitman County Association of Realtors has released its October housing market numbers. The average price for a home sold in Whitman County last month was about 363,000 dollars. That’s up 4,000 dollars from September and up 60,000 dollars from last year. Homes were on the market for about 47 days last month which was unchanged from September.
