The City of Moscow and Moscow Arts Commission have released a call to artists to submit a work proposal for the library by Wednesday May 3rd. The artwork should fulfill the Moscow Library entrance with a highly visible piece that is inspiring and uplifting. The work may be either freestanding or integrated into the existing concrete seating wall and/or pathways. It should be considered a permanent work designed for a minimum of 30 years. The work should not exceed $20,000 which will cover all costs for design, engineering, fabrication, transportation, delivery and preparation. The submission deadline is May 3rd and further perimeters can be found on the City of Moscow’s website.
