On Saturday, Northwest Public Broadcasting and the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication are launching Landline, an outreach project to rural communities.
Community members can call (800) 922-4220 to talk to student journalists about issues in their communities from 9 to noon.
Student journalists will report on an array of topics, including how life in rural communities has changed during the pandemic.
Landline is an extension of the College’s rural reporting initiatives.
The calls will not be aired live.
