The burn ban for Rosalia and the surrounding area in Whitman County Fire District 7 has been lifted. Fire officials are reminding the public to follow all normal burning regulations.
The Palouse Discovery Science Center in Pullman will be hosting a dedication Wednesday for its new mural. The mural is a joint effort with the Pullman Art Foundation. The artwork features salmon. The dedication is Wednesday at 5:30 at the science center in the Pullman Industrial Park.

There will be traffic delays on Grand Avenue in Pullman today. Crews are repairing the pavement near the Old European restaurant. Flaggers will be directing traffic through the work zone starting at 8:00 this morning. The work should be complete by 4:00 this afternoon.
