Annual Family Fair Saturday in Pullman

The 21st annual Family Fair in Pullman will be held Saturday.  The fair will feature over 30 Palouse area resources and agencies along with entertainment, door prizes and activities.  The Family Fair is from 10:00 to 2:00 Saturday at Lincoln Middle School in Pullman.    

PHS FFA plant sale Saturday

The annual Pullman High School FFA plant sale is Saturday morning.  It runs from 8:00 to Noon at the PHS greenhouse.

Arbor Day Celebration in Moscow Friday

The City of Moscow will host an Arbor Day celebration Friday morning.  It’s at 11:00 at the Eggan Youth Center on D Street.  Officials will plant a swamp white oak.  Attendees will get to take home a free tree seedling.

Finals Fest Saturday night at the UI

The end of the year student festival at the University of Idaho will be Saturday night.  Finals Fest starts at 7:00 on the practice field outside the Kibbie Dome.  Hip-Hop artist Post Malone is headlining the event.  It’s free for UI students and 25 dollars for the general public.

Palouse Habitat for Humanity to dedicate new home Sunday

Palouse Habitat for Humanity will dedicate its newest home this weekend.  Jonathan and Christy Lloyd and their 3 children have put over 400 hours of work into helping build their new home.  The dedication celebration is Sunday at 2:00 at the house on Greensides Place in Moscow.

Washington Spring Chinook Salmon fishing opens this weekend on Snake River

The Washington spring chinook salmon fishing season on the Lower Snake River opens this weekend.  The local opener is for the immediate 3 and a half miles of river downstream from the stateline in Clarkston.  Spring chinook salmon fishing on the Snake in Washington is only open Sundays and Mondays.
