Rosalia receives state grant for wastewater treatment plant

The Town of Rosalia has received a 24,000 dollar state grant.  The money from the Washington Department of Commerce will be used to pay for a wastewater facility plan update.  All told the state allocated ten million dollars in grants Thursday.
