Avista Utilities Foundation allocates local grants

The Avista Utilities Foundation has allocated 3 local grants.  The foundation for the Spokane based utility has earmarked 3,000 dollars for the Viola Community Center project, 1,500 hundred for the Potlatch Food Pantry and 1,500 dollars for a math enrichment program with a new local entity called Eureka! Palouse.
