Washington State University researchers need volunteers to taste test beef steaks.  The last panel is Thursday starting at ten 30 inside the Food Science and Human Nutrition Building.  You must be at least 18.  Volunteers will receive a free gift certificate from Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe.    

UI hires new College of Ed Dean

The University of Idaho has hired a new Dean for its College of Education.  Doctor Alison Carr-Chellman will take over the college in July.  Carr-Chellman has been head of the Department of Learning and Performance Systems at Penn State.  She replaces Doctor Cori Mantle-Bromley who is retiring.

Malm wins Troy DYW

McKenzie Malm won the Troy Distinguished Young Women scholarship program Saturday night.  Malm earned over 22 hundred dollars in scholarships and will now advance to the state program this Fall.
