The planned water outage for a portion of Pullman’s College Hill has gotten larger. City of Pullman public works crews are fixing a fire hydrant on Lybecker Road. Officials determined the water outage would be bigger than previously thought. Residents in the 1200 block of Myrtle Street and all of Williams Drive are now without water as well. The water should be back on around 4:00 this afternoon.
