The City of Moscow is hosting a free poetry event at East City Park Thursday evening.
Poetry in the Park will feature Moscow Poet Laureate Miriam Åkervall, along with readings by Stacy Boe Miller, Abigail Hansel, Madison King, Emma Catherine Perry and Jonah Radeke.
The event is being presented by the City of Moscow and Moscow Arts Commission.
Poetry in the Park begins at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at the East City Park stage.
The event is free and open to the public.
