Positivity Rate For Coronavirus Testing At UI Holding At 5.5%

The positivity rate for coronavirus testing at the University of Idaho is holding steady at 5.5%.

22 tests of UI faculty staff and students came back positive last week.

The UI returned to a mix of in-person classroom and online instruction this Fall.  Classes have moved all online for the rest of the semester.  The UI will return to the hybrid format when the Spring semester begins next month.

The positivity rate for UI coronavirus testing this Fall is at 2.7%.  Testing began in early August.
