Pre-Work Today For Downtown Pullman Main Street Rebuild

Pre-work is underway for this summer’s downtown Pullman rebuild.

City crews are upgrading the electrical system for the stoplights at Main and Kamiaken and Olson and Kamiaken today.  Traffic is being directed through the intersections with stop signs.  The work should be completed by 4:00 this afternoon.

City of Pullman Administrator Mike Urban says the electrical upgrade work for the signals will be used for the new stoplights that will be installed this summer.  The new lights are a part of the controversial project to rebuild Main Street downtown starting in April.
