A popular longtime Pullman Chinese restaurant will be reopening next year.
The New Garden Restaurant on South Grand Avenue temporarily closed in mid-October when owner Lan Quach-Lam got sick. Her son Kevin Lam says that Lan is recovering.
Lam says the family plans to reopen New Garden on January 1st with new menu items. He notes that they are holding off on reopening the restaurant now under Washington’s latest pandemic restrictions.
The New Garden Restaurant opened in Pullman in 1985.
