Record 63 New Cases of Coronavirus have been Confirmed in Latah County

Record 63 new cases of Coronavirus were confirmed in Latah County Wednesday, September 30th.  The previous record for new coronavirus cases reported in one day for Latah County was 51 on Tuesday, September 29th which broke the record of 33 from last Friday, September 25th.  There have been 190 new cases of coronavirus confirmed in Latah County since Thursday, September 24th.

This brings the total number of Coronavirus cases in Latah County to 521 since the pandemic began.  Latah County now has the most confirmed coronavirus cases among the 5 counties that make up the North Central District of Idaho Public Health.  Nez Perce County, which includes Lewiston, had the most confirmed cases in the region since the start of the pandemic until Tuesday, September 29th.

No one has died from coronavirus in Latah County.
