The Palouse Chamber of Commerce is hosting “Second Saturdays” this Saturday.
On the second Saturday of every month, downtown Palouse will feature local culture and welcome visitors to enjoy the community, its shops, restaurants, and big shady park.

They do not charge a fee for outdoor vendors.
