Second Suspect From Last Fall’s Car Burglary Spree In Moscow & Pullman Arrested

The second suspect from last fall’s car burglary spree in Moscow and Pullman has been arrested.

29 year old Sean Kiblen was arrested on a warrant in Kootenai County in North Idaho two weeks ago.  Kiblen was extradited back to Moscow last week and made his first court appearance Monday facing five counts of felony grand theft.

Kiblen and 44 year old Matthew Neeley of Moscow are accused of burglarizing several vehicles between mid-November and mid-December.  A joint investigation from the Moscow and Pullman Police Departments identified Neeley and Kiblen as the suspects.  Police say the men stole thousands of dollars in property from dozens of people in both cities.

Neeley was arrested in December and pleaded guilty in February to several counts including felony grand theft.  He is set to be sentenced later this month in Latah County Second District Court.

Kiblen is scheduled to be back in court later this month.
