Thousands of catchable trout will be planted in local lakes in Latah County next week.
Idaho Fish and Game will be putting 250 fish in Hordemann Pond in Moscow, 3,000 fish in Moose Creek Reservoir near Bovill and over 4,000 fish in Spring Valley Reservoir near Troy. The catchable sized rainbow trout are about 11 inches long.
