UI Planning For Fans In The Kibbie Dome At Reduced Capacity For Football Games This Fall

The University of Idaho has announced its plan for fans in the Kibbie Dome at reduced capacity this Fall for home football games.

Vandal Athletics will allow about 5,000 fans in the dome this season.  That’s about 30 percent capacity.

All tickets will be reserved seating to ensure physical distancing.  All fans will be required to wear masks in the dome.

Vandal Athletics says the best way to ensure fans have a seat for football this Fall is to buy season tickets.  If there are changes to Vandal home football games ticket holders can be credited for the 2021 season.  They can also donate their 2020 purchase to the Vandal Scholarship Fund, or get a full refund.

The UI is set to open the season at home on September 5th against Western Oregon.
