The University of Idaho will not be looking for a new president. The University of New Mexico Board of Regents selected Dr. Garnett Stokes as its new president during a special meeting Thursday morning. Dr. Stokes has been the Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the University of Missouri. UI President Chuck Staben was one of 5 finalists for the job. Staben was the only current university president on the list.
