Local home prices in Washington increased last month by nearly $26,000 to the new all-time record high.
The Whitman County Association of Realtors recently released its monthly housing market report. The average price of a home sold in Whitman County last month was 379,000 dollars. That’s up 67,000 dollars more than April of last year.
The previous all-time record in Whitman County peaked in July at about 360,000 dollars.
