Woman Accused Of Burglarizing Rosalia Restaurant Wanted On Arrest Warrant For Failing To Appear In Court Again

The woman accused of burglarizing a restaurant in Rosalia is once again wanted on an arrest warrant for failing to show up to court for a second time.

26-year-old Ashley Baird missed her readiness hearing in Whitman County Superior Court on Friday.  A warrant with a 25,000 dollar bond for Baird’s arrest has been issued.  It’s valid in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Wyoming.

Baird was arrested in Rosalia on a warrant in late July for missing a court date in Colfax.  She is accused of burglarizing the Red Brick Café in December.
