Washington State University has delayed the start of the Spring semester to allow students more time to return to Pullman.
All 4 highway passes over the Washington Cascades are closed due to heavy snow. Officials say the passes will likely remained closed until Sunday.
WSU was scheduled to start the Spring semester on Monday. Class will now begin on Wednesday.
