WSU football player arrested on “baby DUI”

A Washington State University football player was arrested early Friday morning on what’s commonly called a “baby DUI.” 19 year old wide receiver Rodrick Fisher was arrested by a Whitman County Sheriff’s Deputy shortly after Midnight in Pullman on College Hill. Fisher was arrested for minor operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol. The sheriff’s office says that the freshman’s blood alcohol level was just below .08. Fisher was arrested and released on the misdemeanor. The Cougar football program doesn’t comment publicly to criminal allegations against its players and deems the incident a team matter.
