The Latah County Historical Society will be hosting Suds with a Scholar Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
Historian Keith Peterson will be discussing how Idaho got its weird shape at the Latah County Fairgrounds.
The event raises money for the society to preserve its archives and the McConnell Mansion.
