Whitman County Humane Society Receives Grant From Washington Federation Of Animal Care And Control Agencies

The Whitman County Humane Society based in Pullman has received a grant from the Washington Federation of Animal Care and Control Agencies. 

The 3,000 dollar grant will pay for over 75 spay and neuter surgeries for pets of low-income residents.  The funds will also help fund healthy management of feral cats in Whitman County. 

The money is from the sale of the State of Washington’s spay-neuter-adopt license plates.
