Pullman Rotary Donates Money To Pullman Depot Heritage Center For Safety Gate

The Pullman Rotary Club has donated money to the Pullman Depot Heritage Center for a safety gate.

The club awarded its annual Irving M. Field “Grand” Project worth 825 dollars for the gate.  The money will be used to install a twenty-foot-wide safety gate at the center which meets Pullman Fire Department standards.  The fire department’s auxiliary will donate a special key lock so the gate can be unlocked in case of an emergency.

The heritage center continues to raise money to restore the historic rail depot.
