This month’s Community Development Newsletter from the City of Pullman includes some significant business news.

The update from the city’s Economic Development Manager Jennifer Hackman announces a new bar will be opening in the old Stubblefields bar location at Adams Mall on College Hill.  Stubblefields closed last Summer.  Washington State University owns Adams Mall.  The administration will be informing the WSU Regents this week that they intend to sell the off-campus property.

The newsletter also announces that the mixed-use building in the new University Crossing development near WSU is moving forward.  Corporate Pointe Developers in Pullman plans to open the building in the Fall of next year.  The development next to the WSU golf course includes 16,000 square feet of commercial space and luxury apartments with 1,290 beds.
