The City of Moscow is alerting drivers to the ongoing pavement restoration along White Avenue between Mountain View Rd and the Troy Highway.
During this phase of the resurfacing, portions of White Ave will be closed to all through traffic. Residential access will be maintained, and businesses without other access will be accommodated.
Drivers should expect to use the detours set up near the White Ave area.
This phase of the repaving project is expected to be completed by the end of June 2025.
